About Dixon Landscape Services
Hello everyone! I'm Thomas Dixon, the proud founder of Dixon Landscape Services, established in 2014. For more than a decade, I dedicated myself to serving as a full-time fireman in Metro Atlanta. Like many firefighters, I initially ventured into this business as a part-time endeavor, drawing from my landscaping experiences since the age of 13, working alongside my father and others. Within a span of two years, our business blossomed, acquiring several full-time employees. Faced with the growth, a pivotal decision arose – whether to scale back or bid farewell to my firefighting career, as the company demanded more of my attention. In 2017, I wholeheartedly embraced entrepreneurship, stepping away from the fire department to focus on our thriving venture. The rest, as they say, is history!
Let me introduce you to my wonderful wife, Joy Dixon, a dedicated Cherokee County school teacher with a decade of experience. Together, we share a deep passion for serving our community and nurturing our faith in Jesus, a cornerstone of our lives. Our family includes two cherished children, Emma and Levi.
